Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Unopened perfumes may be exchanged within 7 days only if:
    ✔ The item arrived damaged
    ✔ The wrong product was received

Customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Picture/video evidence of the issue

Refunds are processed only if the company is at fault.
